Sena
Sena mesh intercom headsets provide hands-free group communication for industrial, outdoor and marine teams. Choose a headset for your working environment, or use MeshPort Blue to bring a compatible Bluetooth headset into the mesh conversation.

Choose your Sena system
- CAST: industrial headsets with hearing protection, in headband and hard-hat-mount versions.
- EXPAND Mesh: lightweight, 100 g headsets for mobile teams. Not hearing-protection earmuffs.
- NAUTITALK Bosun: Sena's marine mesh headsets for crew communication, available in dual and quad packs.
- MeshPort Blue: connects one compatible Bluetooth headset to Sena Open Mesh.
What does mesh do?
Compatible devices form a communication network without a central base station. Intermediate users can extend coverage, and connections can adapt as people move. Range still depends on the model, surroundings and user positions: mesh cannot bridge every gap or obstruction.
Can CAST, EXPAND and MeshPort Blue work together?
Yes, in Open Mesh, with compatible firmware, the same Mesh version and the same channel. MeshPort Blue pairs with one compatible Bluetooth headset to bring its wearer into the group. Check older units before expanding an existing system.
Standalone team or wider production?
Could a standalone system meet your needs without the expense of an IP-based production intercom? Compare Sena and Eartec options against your team size, coverage and working environment.
For theatre and broadcast, integration may be the deciding factor. A separate crew conversation is not automatically a connection to the wider production intercom. Tell Showcomms what existing equipment you need to connect before choosing a system.
