Already have Bluetooth headsets on site? The Sena MeshPort Blue upgrades them to full Mesh Intercom capability — without replacing your existing kit. It’s a compact wireless adapter that connects to any standard Bluetooth headset and brings it onto Sena’s Open Mesh network, turning individual headsets into a coordinated team communications system.

Ideal for industrial settings, warehouses, and worksites where teams already have their own headsets — or where individuals prefer to use their own. Compatible with Bluetooth headsets including brands such as A-Kabel, and works alongside Sena’s wider Mesh ecosystem.

Open Mesh supports up to 9 channels (adjustable via the MeshPort App), with range up to 800 m per unit — extendable to 3 km across a mesh of 6+ users. The network is self-healing: if a user drops out of range, the mesh automatically reroutes to maintain group connectivity. Secured by 128-bit symmetric encryption.
