Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Times.
It is our aim to ship all orders, where all items are in stock within 2 working days, subject to card payment clearance. (In practice it is 1 working day). (Saturdays, Sundays and UK Public Holidays are not considered working days).  Orders placed after 2pm on a working day may not be shipped to the following regardless of shipping method chosen as all couriers impose a collection cut off time.  If your order is time critical next day and you are up against an improbable dead-line we do not adopt your deadline. Please call us 01689 876620 to quote you for same day delivery, to arrange your own courier collection.

If a product is temporarily out of stock or if a multiple of a product is placed in the cart and we are not holding full quantity of your order our shopping cart will display the time (based on previous historical data) that is has taken for us to replace stock and previously ship the item.  If there is no previous data the time shown defaults to 14 days as an estimate.

The UK Royal Mail shipping time is a 48 hour service by tracked mail. A signature is not required.

All items on Showcomms website are sold with the inclusion of UK VAT.  Sales outside of UK are rated 0%. 

Local Import Tax and Duties may be applied before delivery by the carrier.

We only ship orders at listed value. 
Please DO NOT ask us to ship at a lower value than an order's invoice total.
