Items sold to individuals are covered by the remote selling regulations.
Items sold to a business or indicated as being sold to a business are not covered by the remote selling regulations.

UNWANTED ITEMS 
Items returned unwanted are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

RETURNS PROCEDURE 
To return your item under warranty please use the contact us form

We will then send you a return number and our return address.

Items must be returned before any refund or replacement can be made accompanied with your details quoting your original web order or invoice number. 

Customers must pay return postage costs for all orders and warranty returns.
Import costs including import sales tax, duty charges, tariff costs and import fees are not refundable by Showcomms.
