SENA CAST Wireless MESH Communication Headsets

The Sena CAST range is built for industrial environments where hearing protection and team communication have to work together. Designed for construction sites, warehouses, utilities, and any high-noise worksite where hands-free comms are a safety requirement, not a luxury.

Both CAST variants run on Sena's Mesh 2.0 Intercom™ — a self-healing, self-optimising network that automatically reroutes if a user drops out of range. Open Mesh connects unlimited users up to 1.1 km apart (extendable to 4.4 km with 6+ users); Group Mesh supports private sessions for up to 24 participants. Full-duplex, hands-free communication throughout.
