Sena's CAST-02 brings Mesh 2.0 Intercom™ technology to high-noise industrial environments — purpose-built for worksites where hands-free communication isn't a convenience, it's a safety requirement. The CAST-02 is the hard hat mount variant, designed to clip directly to safety helmets for construction, utilities, and field operations.

Built on Sena's self-optimising Mesh network, the Cast automatically reroutes connections if a user moves out of range or drops off. Two modes cover different operational needs: Open Mesh connects unlimited users within 1.1 km (0.7 mi), extendable to 4.4 km with 6+ users; Group Mesh supports private sessions for up to 24 participants.

Full-duplex, hands-free communication keeps workers connected without breaking concentration. Ambient noise capture maintains situational awareness in high-traffic areas — crucial for avoiding hazards on busy sites.
