Showcomms has been supplying radio accessories to police, fire, ambulance, and public safety organisations since 2001. Founded by a professional broadcast communications engineer, we grew into the public safety sector organically — starting with a single headset request from a Welsh police sergeant and eventually becoming an unofficial supplier to the Metropolitan Police.
Highlights of our public safety heritage include supplying 100 headsets to the Metropolitan Police team protecting the Olympic flame during the 2012 London torch relay, supplying Belgian federal and town police forces, and serving organisations including the Civil Nuclear Constabulary, Port Police, Westminster City Council Contingency Team, and council enforcement officers across the UK.
Showcomms was formerly a member of APPSS (the Association of Police and Public Safety Suppliers) and the London Chamber of Commerce.
