Genuine Telex replacement loudspeaker driver for the Air 3500 passive noise attenuating aviation headset.

The Air 3500 is engineered to provide maximum hearing protection in noisy cockpit environments — fixed-wing and helicopter — while keeping weight to a minimum. The driver reflects that purpose: a communications-grade unit optimised for voice intelligibility, with a 350Hz–3kHz response that cuts low-end rumble and high-frequency noise to keep speech clear where it matters most. Replacing a failed driver restores the headset to full working order at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.

Important: Replacement of the loudspeaker driver requires soldering. This work should only be carried out by a suitably qualified technician.
