Klick Fast Stud Adapter for Hytera PD665 & PD685 — 40mm Hole Centres (RSTUD40MM)

Genuine Peter Jones Klick Fast assembled stud adapter and connector for the Hytera PD665 and PD685 two-way radios.

The PD665 and PD685 uniquely use a 40mm centre-to-centre hole spacing — wider than the 31mm spacing found on most standard Hytera models such as the PD605. A standard 31mm stud adapter will not line up with the PD665 or PD685 chassis.

The adapter replaces the standard Hytera BC22 plastic belt clip, screwing directly into the existing mounting points on the back of the radio — no modification required. No screws are supplied — reuse the M2.5 metric screws from your original BC22 clip. Use screws between 5mm and 6mm only; screws longer than 6mm risk punching through the battery casing and damaging the cells or internal circuitry.

Once fitted, any Klick Fast Dock will accept the stud instantly, locking your radio securely in place and releasing on demand.

The patent Klick Fast stud provides 360° rotation across seven click positions within any Klick Fast Dock. The stud mechanism is tested and guaranteed for 50,000 rotations — built to perform in the most demanding operational environments whether you are Police, Fire or First Responder.
