The Superlux HMD685 is the double-sided version of the HMD685A — a professional broadcast comms headset for intercom beltpacks and comms panels. Both ears covered for full audio immersion, suited to sound operators, directors, and technical roles where blocking out the room is an advantage rather than a liability.

Dynamic Cardioid Microphone — Clear Voice, Noise Rejection

The cardioid dynamic mic picks up your voice and rejects ambient noise. The fully rotating boom arm positions for left or right ear wearing and holds its position without drifting.

Double-Sided — Full Isolation

Both ears covered with closed-back cushions for maximum noise isolation. Ideal for roles where you need to focus entirely on the comms feed without distraction from the surrounding environment.

XLR4F — Plug and Play with Your Beltpack

Wired with a 1.5m cable terminated in XLR4F — compatible straight out of the box with Tecpro, Clearcom, Granite, ASL, and Altair beltpacks. Also available with XLR5M or XLR5F connector for comms panels and wireless beltpacks — contact us to order.
