Eartec UltraLITE ULSR Complete Headband Assembly — Genuine Spare Part

Headbands break. It's rarely a manufacturing fault — production kit lives a hard life, changes hands constantly, and doesn't always get the care it deserves. When a headband goes, this is the part you need.

The assembly comprises the headband bow with internal power cable, and the battery box ear rest housing. Replacement involves removing the ear cushion, unscrewing three small black screws beneath it, and lifting the top cover to expose the rear of the PCB. The Molex connectors for mic, speaker, and power are then accessible. The power Molex is disconnected, the headband assembly swapped, and the connector refitted. Basic tools and familiarity with the headset internals are required.

Installation notes: Take a photo on your phone before you start, and at any stage where you are unsure — it will remind you how everything goes back together. When refitting the top cover, take care to ensure the internal cable is not pinched before screwing the cover back down.

Important: This headband assembly is for the ULSR single-sided remote headset only. It is not compatible with the double-sided UltraLITE or the ULSM master headset. For the master headset headband assembly (which includes the on/off switch), please see ULSM-HBAND.
