If you are replacing a lost or damaged remote, or adding a headset to an existing system, the no-battery version makes sense on two counts: you almost certainly have a spare battery already — from a broken headset, your existing stock, or a spare set aside for the job — and without a lithium-ion cell, this headset ships without dangerous goods restrictions. That means it can go anywhere: standard courier, international, air freight, no DG paperwork required.

This is a genuine Eartec UltraLITE HD remote headset. We remove the battery before shipping and return it to sale stock separately — so if you need a battery too, we have those available. The headset itself is unmodified.

UK and European frequency set only. Eartec UltraLITE headsets are made in different frequency sets — UK/European and US versions are not compatible with each other. To confirm your system is the UK/European frequency set, check the inside of the headband arm on the boom side: a black label with white letters reading "NB" confirms compatibility. If you purchased your headsets from a US supplier, contact us before ordering.
