The WBP200HD is Altair's professional entry-level single channel wireless beltpack — a cost-effective way into the Altair HD wireless intercom system. Suited to buyers with an existing headset collection using mini XLR connectors, or those with straightforward requirements in less demanding environments.

For new system buyers: if you are building a system from scratch, we recommend considering the WBP210HD Extreme — offering greater durability, longer battery life, USB charging, AA emergency backup, standard XLR4F headset compatibility, and a colour display.

Reliable wireless performance

Operates on the licence-free 1.9GHz DECT band with a typical range of 50–350m around the base station. Wideband HD audio (100Hz–7kHz) when used with an Altair HD base station. Internal antennas for a clean, comfortable belt fit.

Battery life

10 hours full duplex operation. 75 hours in call-receive standby mode. Charged via the external WBPC200 4-way charger (sold separately).

Call notification

Triple notification system — call light, vibration and buzzer — ensures you never miss a call. Out-of-range indicator keeps you aware of coverage boundaries.

Controls and indicators

Volume, Mic On/Off/PTT, Buzz On/Off, Vibrator On/Off. LED bargraph for easy battery status check. Internal selector switch for dynamic or electret mic headset compatibility — no external adaptor required.
