A heavy-duty Motorola headset with an M1 2-pin plug for radio communication in noisy environments. The large ear cups and comfortable ear cushions help reduce surrounding noise, while the boom microphone follows head movement to keep communication clear without needing to hold the microphone in place.

Practical push-to-talk design

The adjustable electret boom microphone is fitted to the left ear cup and follows head movement for head-up communication. The PTT is positioned on the right ear cup, keeping transmit control close at hand. A curly cable connects the headset to the radio.

Important use limitation

This is a low-cost noise-reduction headset intended for occasional, non-occupational use, such as motor sports spectating or using a radio in a noisy environment below the first HSE action level.

Not occupational hearing protection: this headset has no NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) and must not be used as hearing protection. There is no supporting documentation for occupational hearing-protection use.
